BUILDING DEFECT ANALYSIS

A Building Defects Survey provides diagnosis and recommendations for further action on one or two issues relating to a property, for example roof coverings and structure, structural movement such as subsidence or issues of dampness and dry rot.

We use our knowledge, skills and experience of construction methods and building pathology to identify defects and provide recommendations of sustainable methods of repair.
