A planned maintenance programme (PMP) is a proactive approach to ensuring buildings and assets function efficiently and are protected from decay and deterioration, reducing the need for reactive maintenance. It involves scheduling regular inspections, servicing, and repairs while assets are still in working condition.
We provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) reports to outline the regular maintenance required in order to keep the fabric of a building in satisfactory operating condition over a predefined period of time.
All surveys are carried out in accordance with the RICS’ professional standard for Planned Preventative Maintenance.
